Lady Winter~AU OC

Hello my little Waffles!~ As you can see I posted an artpiece a little earlier< Hooray! =3
Anyways, I finally got the hang of useing a tablet instead of phone or paper to draw. Let me tell ya, I'm having fun, and raging off of stupid glicthes =') so basically I am getting better.
At first I didn't really want to share this artpiece publicly because of what people might think of me. So I'll keep this OC a little secretive, at least untill I'm comfortable with sharing this info with you guys. although I can still give you SOME info about this OC.
This OCs name is Lady Winter (duh XD) she controls the season winter. She has magical ice powers, she tends to be a srtict woman, but sometimes she is very sweet. this OC is a fandom OC, i bet you can guess which fandom shes from. I havn't had time to work on this storyline (I haven't touched it for two years!) so now, I'm going back to work on this storyline.
